At NYC Jewelry, we are committed to delivering your handcrafted pieces with the same care and attention to detail that goes into every design. This Shipping Policy outlines important information regarding how we process and ship your orders. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms described below.


Order Processing

All in-stock orders are processed within our standard handling timeframe. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or major holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be slightly delayed; we will notify you promptly should any significant delay occur.

Custom pieces, special orders, and items requiring additional verification may take longer to process. If your order requires further authorization, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout. Orders cannot be shipped until any necessary verification is completed.


Shipping Methods & Delivery

We offer a range of shipping options to accommodate your needs. Delivery times are calculated from the ship date, not the order date, and are estimates only. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor its progress.

Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes at this time. We do, however, ship to APO/FPO addresses.

For orders with a high total value, a direct signature may be required upon delivery. If you will not be available to sign, we encourage you to review delivery options through our website or with the carrier.


International Shipping

We are pleased to offer international shipping to most locations worldwide. When you place an international order, please be aware that your shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country. Customs clearance procedures may also cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

We are required by law to charge state and local tax on orders shipped to the state of New York. International customers should consult their local customs office for further information on potential charges before placing an order.


Order Tracking & Status

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking portal. If you do not receive tracking information within the expected timeframe, please visit our website to check your order status. We are happy to assist with any tracking inquiries.

If the tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier. We ask that you do not file a dispute with your payment provider until our investigation is complete.


Modifications, Cancellations & Address Changes

If you need to modify or cancel an order that has not yet shipped, please contact us through our website as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible, and you will need to follow our standard return procedure.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not able to reroute packages once they have been dispatched. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

While we partner with reputable carriers, we cannot guarantee delivery timelines or be held responsible for delays caused by weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package is lost or stolen after delivery confirmation, please contact the carrier directly and notify us so we can assist where possible.
